Because all of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are:

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item or design)

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

❌ No Returns for the Following:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Minor variations in color or design (due to screen differences)

Please make sure to review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

⏱ Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, production begins and we are unable to make changes.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
